Versatile Fairtex heavy bag design develops knee and elbow techniques, power kick and punch combinations, high and low kicks, jabs and other strikes. Bag weight is determined by the end users filling.
If it is going on a home/building support post a temporary support system must be put in place. This will allow the support structure to be removed so the bag can be put in place. The main support post can then be put back in place and anchored so the bag can be filled.
The hole in the middle of the bag accommodate up to a 6 inch diameter pole.
