Once the rear straps are adjusted for the first time, students can put on this chest guard like a jacket (in a matter of seconds), which closes in the front with a hook and loop fastener.
The cavity on the inside allows for increased breathing space and allows air to pass through for further comfort (especially for female practitioners).
